The class combines evidence-based mindfulness meditation, dynamic and static stretching, scientifically proven high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and mindful breathing to provide a full-body and mind conditioning workout that maximizes clients' time and promotes both their short- and long-term well-being and longevity.
