This group will provide homeowners and sellers with education and guidance about either upgrading their home and/or how to prepare their home for sale. This will be an open discussion for sharing questions and ideas on how to navigate these processes..

Both decisions can be daunting and confusing. I will engage the group by asking questions and encouraging members to share their experiences and concerns.

This will be a monthly event held in Providence and nearby towns. My main priority will be easy access to parking so as to not add any stress to your life..

I will have guest speakers in both real estate and professional home organizing.

The goal will be to enlighten the public about how to go about upgrading your home and/ or preparing to sell.
