For many folks using psychedelics for healing, peak mystical experiences are key.

These experiences teach lessons that cannot be expressed in words; they enable an understanding that sinks deep into the body. In turn, the benefits may be especially long-lasting.

But our minds habitually seek language to understand our experiences, and this language can hinder our progress.

The great 20th Century yogi Ramana Maharshi encouraged folks to work with their breath. He was pointing toward the greatest of all mystical revelations -- Yet the message for many of us is, let go of the quest to understand in words, instead become intimate with your breath.

Ketamine-State Yoga centers the breath -- In particular a pranayama (yogic breathing practice) that amplifies ketamine's mystical powers.

These teachings will be beneficial for any psychedelic journeyer and for folks who never touch a psychedelic. No experience with yoga is necessary.

I will explain the connection between the mystical revelation, the ketamine state, and the breath. Then I will teach a couple of pranayama and we'll practice together!
