About us
Are you working with psychedelics for healing, creativity, and/or spiritual progress?
Learn yogic methods to support these goals!
The time-honored techniques of yoga -- for building and balancing energy, for uniting the breath and mind, for transforming difficult experiences -- are ideal for psychedelic work. We have been developing and refining these methods for specific psychedelic states, and we want to share our insights and discoveries!
There will be live gatherings in the NYC area and online events. Everyone is invited to contribute their knowledge and experiences, to help grow psychedelic yoga into a practice that benefits as many folks as possible and the community.
No experience with yoga is necessary, just curiosity and an open mind! No experience with psychedelics is necessary, as these methods are beneficial without substances!

I Am Worthy of Love: A Mirror Practice for Self-Compassion
Free Mind Studio, 538 Johnson Ave, Unit A207, Kings County, NY, USI Am Worthy of Love: A Mirror Practice for Self-Compassion
Saturday, August 29, 6:00–7:45pm
Free Mind, The Studio — 538 Johnson Ave, Unit A207, Brooklyn (Bushwick)
Jefferson St on the L, about a five-minute walk. Most of us look in a mirror many times a day, and rarely with kindness.
This is an evening of guided practice in front of a thirty-two-foot mirror wall. Breath, movement, and gaze, in three arcs. Each arc settles the body first, then meets your own eyes, then moves into somatic self-soothing. Awareness resting in the heart center, with a giving and receiving on the breath.
The words I am worthy of love, said to your own face. Asking the body what's there, and listening for the response. We close with yoga nidra, then a period of reflective writing.
No substances. Breath, attention, and a mirror.
No stretch at the mirror runs longer than ten minutes, and you're free at any point to rest your gaze at the heart center, close your eyes, or step back. No prior yoga or meditation experience needed. Bring a mat if you have one — the studio has mats, blocks, straps and chairs, but no cushions or bolsters. Wear something you can move and sit on the floor in.
This is the final phase of the PYRC's Mirror Project, designed by Patrick Doerksen — an arc that has moved from solo practice, to small groups, to this room. You'll be invited to complete a short self-compassion measure at the start and again at the end, and to write freely at the close. That part is optional, separate from your ticket, and you can decline any of it at any point without explanation.
Tickets are $30, $20 and $10 — identical, pick whichever you want. The room holds 22.

Ketamine-State Yoga: Somatic Awareness for Healing and Insight
·OnlineOnline--> No prior experience with yoga is needed to get the most out of Ketamine-State Yoga! An interest in spirituality/mysticism is helpful.
--> No ketamine is necessary to benefit from these practices! Much of KSY is inspired by Tibetan Dream Yoga. (I suggest you do NOT take ketamine while attending this workshop.)
Ketamine-State Yoga is a collection of practices to support the goals of Ketamine-Assisted therapy and psychedelic healing in general.
NOTES: Ketamine-State Yoga is not mainly about asanas, which are the familiar yoga postures -- It involves pranayama (yogic breathing), meditation, visualization and other methods. It may support but should not replace therapy and medical care.
The focus of this workshop is somatic awareness. The capacity to "connect with" body, breath, and mind. Somatic awareness may support therapeutic goals -- In fact many modes of therapy work directly with feelings in the body. How can we make the best use of the ketamine journey to develop the power of somatic awareness?
If you have blended yogic practices with ketamine for healing and/or spiritual growth, please share your stories and lessons learned!
