The most powerful tool for deep psychedelic work is your breath!
Pranayama are yogic breath practices that balance body, energy, and mind. They can wipe out negative emotions and reclaim that energy for healing and creative expression!
At this meeting, I will teach 3 different pranayama.
One balances and calms.
One builds energy and focus.
One cultivates awareness and intimacy with stuck emotions.
These practices can be used to (1) prepare for psychedelic experiences, (2) support emotional flow and awareness during psychedelic experiences, and (3) produce non-ordinary states of consciousness without substances.
We'll have a chance to practice together!
Afterwards, I can offer suggestions for how to build pranayama practice into your psychedelic goals. Folks can share their experiences with breath-work and psychedelics.
