Lucid Dreaming is a wonderful way to cultivate creative flow, wellbeing, and spiritual exploration.

*Many folks are intrigued by the possibility of becoming aware in their dreams!*

When you become aware within the dream state -- "This is a dream!" -- the possibilities are endless. Dramatic, rapid progress can be made in terms of healing and spiritual growth.

There are ancient yogic practices, such as Tibetan Dream Yoga, that allow us to become more aware in our dreams and waking lives. These practices resonate with intentional psychedelic work. The techniques of Dream Yoga also benefit the psychedelic journeyer on their trips!

*This workshop will focus on:*

**Henry Kandel** designs events that combine many different forms of yoga, intentional psychedelic use, healing and creative flow.  They've taught asana, pranayama, and meditation for psychedelic experience, and have run dozens of workshops integrating cannabis.  They pioneered Ketamine-State Yoga, and have taught it to therapists, yogis, and hundreds of folks online.

They have taught math and science at Saint Ann’s School for 30 years.  They designed and taught original courses in Physics, Astronomy and Game Theory, as well as electives such as “The Sci of Sci-Fi,” “Science of Music,” and, “Dream, Sleep, and Consciousness.”  

They have practiced many forms of yoga over the same time period, focusing on pranayama and Tibetan Dream Yoga.  Psychedelics, combined with yogic practice, have brought them vast spiritual and mental-health benefits.
