Pranayama are yogic breath practices that balance body, energy, and mind. They can wipe out negative emotions and reclaim that energy for healing and creative expression!

At this meeting, I will teach 3 different pranayama.
One balances and calms.
One builds energy and focus.
One cultivates awareness and intimacy with stuck emotions.

We'll have a chance to practice together!

Afterwards, we'll have an open conversation. I can offer suggestions for how to build pranayama practice into your psychedelic goals. Folks can share their experiences with breath-work and psychedelics.
