Introduction to Psychedelic Yoga — Live on YouTube

Join me for a live conversation on YouTube, hosted by the Starseeds and Lightworkers Collective, where I'll introduce the foundations of Psychedelic Yoga — a system of practices that integrates breathwork, Dream Yoga, mudra, and other consciousness techniques developed over many years of study in science, mysticism, and esoteric yoga.

Psychedelic Yoga serves two audiences: people working with psychedelics who want yogic tools for preparation, navigation, and integration; and people drawn to non-ordinary states of consciousness who want to access them through practice alone, without substances. Both threads run through everything I teach.
