For licensed ketamine clinicians...
Ketamine-State Yoga: Breathwork, Dream Yoga, and the Cultivation of Mystical Experience
Monday, May 18 — 11:30am to 1:00pm ET A live conversation with Jayne Gumpel, hosted in the Big Tent Ketamine community.
A ketamine journey supported by pranayama and lovingkindness meditation helped me find my way out of decades-long depression — and became the inspiration for years of developing yogic methods to support psychedelic therapy. Ketamine-State Yoga offers practitioners a toolkit that spans preparation, the journey itself, and integration: breathing techniques as real-time tools, visualization practices drawn from Tibetan Dream Yoga, and methods for cultivating deep states of awareness at any dose level. This is body-mind technology — a "third path" between clinical protocols and traditional ceremony — grounded in 30+ years of yoga practice and refined through over 100 community workshops.
This session is hosted in Big Tent Ketamine, a community for licensed clinicians working with ketamine and related modalities. Attendance is restricted to licensed clinicians per Big Tent's community rule.
If you're a licensed clinician and would like to attend, send me a direct message here and I'll share the Zoom link.
If you're not a clinician but know one who'd be interested, please pass this along — and if you're a clinician who's new to Big Tent, this is a good window into Psychedelic Yoga.
