Psychedelic Yoga draws on many forms of yoga toward three goals: Preparing for psychedelic healing journeys, supporting the journeys when they're underway, and inducing non-ordinary states of consciousness for the same healing purposes.
In this workshop, we'll focus on STRENGTH.
Not just the physical kind, though that will be a theme too. How can practices of meditation and Dream Yoga support a strong, focused mind? How can ancient breath practices and philosophy enable a deep, spiritual strength that allows us to maintain our confidence and determination in tough times?
