Izzy Bermudez, M.S., gives a neuroscience lecture that starts with neurons and brain structure and moves toward attention, flow and subjective experience. Movement and sound breaks are built in: I bring live didgeridoo (vibration you feel in the body) and somatic-awareness practices that follow the thread of the lecture. Then Toucan Sounds brings the dance.
