Integrative Yoga - Make Space, Make Time

Details
Join me on 2nd Sundays @ 5 pm in collaboration with the PNW Integrative Center!
Current Class Offering -
February marked the 1st of a 5 part series centered around the Five Vayus - subdoshas of Vata. Vata is usually associated with movement, allowing the other doshas (Pitta & Kapha) to take on their roles. The subdoshas allow our life force, known in Ayurveda as Prana, to circulate and find movement in all directions of the body. They are as follows -
- February - Prana; thinking into the heart
- March - Udana; upward movement, throat and expression
- April - Samana; contracting the center, digestion
- May - canceled
- June - Apana; downward movement, elimination
- July - Vyana; expanding, circulation
What to expect -
- ~ 70 minutes of pranayama, asana, and meditation
- wear comfortable clothing you would stretch in
- mats and tools (blocks, straps, etc.) are available
- bring a water bottle
- This waiver must be signed before attending class.
About me, Bailey -
I am a recent grad of East West College of the Healing Arts, currently practicing Massage Therapy. I received my Yoga Teaching Certificate in 2022 with Portland Community College. During my year long program, I was seeing parallels between the theories of psychedelic integration and the philosophy of yoga. My studies have influenced my mission as an instructor and massage therapist; to hold space for investigation and sensation and to feel as in your body as often as possible.
As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I like to offer self-care techniques, and lean toward Hatha and Restorative Yoga styles. This is a foundational class, designed to be accessible to any level of yogi.
Bring your intents and lessons with you for reflection and contemplation.
If you would like to book a massage with me, I’m available on Sunday and Tuesday mornings and early afternoons at the Tiny Massage Cart. Please follow this link to book, www.tinymassagecart.com/book/, or email me at bailey@tinymassage.com.

We’d love to see you at either or both offerings. To learn more and sign up for Microdosing and Compassion Meditation, go to pnwintegrativecenter.com/schedule. This is an amazing opportunity to be guided through a mini psychedelic retreat!
