Eco-therapy for psychedelic practitioners

Join members of the CO Psychedelic Practitioners Cohort for a nature therapy experience &/or hike. Integrating nature therapy into the preparation or integration phase of a psychedelic experience can be especially useful in helping to bring the medicine work to the world we live in and continuing to connect to the beyond human world. In each of these sessions 90 minutes will be devoted to a nature based therapeutic activity and an optional hike of 2-8 miles will follow depending on group preferences, interest, and ability (not to mention time and weather which is always a CO variable to manage). A light snack or group cooked meal will be part of the experience.
