Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath Certification
Chakra Balance Denise, 739 Village Quarters, Stone Mountain, GA, USWhether you would like to perform a sound bath or add another offering to your practice, this is the perfect workshop. This one day hands on Certification course, will provide you with what you need to get started. If you have meditative instruments, please bring them, to be programmed and blessed. I have many practice instruments on hand. You will learn different bowl techniques and how to add additional instruments which add to the sound.
I heard my first crystal singing bowl over 20 years ago while attending the “Tucson Gem & Mineral Show.” I walked into a room filled with shelves of bowls in every color, size, and gemstone. The proprietor said, “I have a bowl for you.” When he played the solar plexus bowl and I could feel it in my body. I ordered my first chakra set of crystal bowls.
After moving to Atlanta, I started performing sound baths for my clients, at their homes for private events, corporate events, as well as during my Healing sessions. I’ve worked with many local musicians, with monthly sound baths in yoga studios, salt caves and art galleries. When I perform, my healing energy is sent out through the instruments. The bowls make it easy for you to slip into a meditative state.

Sliding Scale: $35–$45.Relax as Plamen Russev gently guides you through a Soulful Breathwork journey designed to heal the body, calm the mind, and nourish the soul. Even a single breathwork session can create profound shifts and lasting transformation. Soulful Breathwork is a safe and effective practice for releasing past trauma, grief, fear, anger, stress, and other unprocessed emotions that may be stored in the body.
Denise Foster, Reiki Master and Sound Therapist, incorporates crystal singing bowls, chimes, wave drum, rain stick, bells, and other meditative instruments throughout the session. Moving throughout the space, she combines sound and Reiki energy work to support relaxation, grounding, and integration.
The breathwork gradually flows into the sound bath, allowing the body and mind to settle into stillness and restoration.

- Eye cover (optional but recommended)

- Chairs are available for those who prefer not to lie on the floor.
- No prior breathwork experience is necessary.
