Some of us are feeling the shift in energy in such a way that we wake up almost every night sometime after midnight. The rest of the medicine that we need to live well is in the night. And, energetically, that time of night is quieter, too. Because of this, your Soul/Source is easier to connect to during this time and you're now more energetically resonate to perceive it.
I've been using this time to meditate, pray, channel, journal, and do energy healing work on myself. Wanna join me?
We're powerful on our own and, more so as a group. Let's intend wonderful things for ourselves and one another as we set up our day as Masters and work within the energy of our ascension. Too, when we work together towards a common goal, there are ascendant Masters and Angels who only work with groups that we can call in to help us ease our own paths towards wholeness.
Though this will be a video call, I'm expecting you to keep your jammies on but your video off! Stay snuggled under the covers, too. I will be doing all those things while I verbally lead us through:
- Calling our souls back to us from its nocturnal wanderings.
- Setting our intention for the session and our day ahead.
- One or more: a self energy healing session or a guided meditation or a healing from my guides or an energy activation. Whatever feels right for that morning and for those who show up.
- Last, setting a group intention for the ascension of all beings and asking the Master or angel present for our group that morning to bless this endeavor and spending a few moments in meditation or prayer towards this end.
Sessions will last probably around 45 minutes but it could go the whole hour. Feel free to leave at any time.
Incarnated Master (that's you!), I hope that when we gather, you'll feel a little more at peace and enjoy the company of others on a similar path. Too, I hope that you're able to gather a little more of your power to yourself and feel more masterful in being just yourself. You're enough.
