About us

Relationships, Connection & Practical Psychology, Dublin.

For anyone interested in building healthier, more meaningful relationships and understanding themselves and others a little better.

Our goal is to bring psychology out of textbooks and therapy rooms and turn it into practical conversations, tools and experiences that people can actually use in everyday life.

Through interactive workshops and small-group events, we’ll explore topics such as communication, emotional connection, conflict, intimacy, relationship patterns and the psychology behind what makes relationships thrive based from scientific research.

Our events draw on evidence-based psychological approaches, including research from the Gottman Method, while keeping things relaxed, practical and accessible. Expect a mix of psychoeducation, discussion, reflection and exercises: with plenty of space to connect with other people too!

The group is open to everyone: whether you’re single, dating, in a relationship, simply curious about psychology, or looking to develop better ways of relating to the people in your life.

No psychology background is needed, just curiosity and an interest in human connection.

These events are educational and psychoeducational in nature and are not a substitute for individual or couples therapy.
