L'événement **Eye-contact** vise principalement à améliorer les compétences en communication non verbale des participants. Ni parler, ni s'agiter, ni rire nerveusement ni être embarrassé. On s'apercevra que l'on a tendance à confronter avec une partie du corps plutôt qu'à confronter seulement, ou à utiliser un système de confrontation plutôt qu'à **être simplement là**. Le nom de cet exercice serait incorrect si confronter signifiait faire quelque chose. **Toute l'action consiste à habituer à être là**, à un mètre en face d'un autre, sans s'excuser ni bouger, ni sursauter ni se défendre.
