First Summer Meetup. How to win a Kaggle challenge using Neural Networks.

It is time to wake up a community and announce the first joint with MTL Machine Learning (https://www.meetup.com/MTL-Machine-Learning/) summer meet up.

Alexandre de Brébisson. PhD student at MILA Lab at University of Montreal will speak on:

Artificial Neural Networks Applied to Taxi Destination Prediction.

Alexandre will describe how using GPS data combined with meta-information like driver id, departure time and etc. one can predict the destination of a taxi using neural networks. This work has won a Kaggle challenge beating 381 other teams!
