Public Speaking Kung Fu exists for one reason:
to help people who feel nervous, stuck, or held back when they speak become calm, grounded, expressive communicators, in work and in life.
My name is Lex.
For over a decade I worked in the corporate world, and I learned something quickly: your communication often determines how far you go. Not your experience. Not your talent. Your communication.
I wasn’t a natural speaker.
So I joined a dying public speaking club with six members. Two years later, as president, we were twenty-five strong, helping countless high achievers hone their communication skills.
I am also a kitesurf instructor, where clear communication can literally prevent injuries.
And I practice Kung Fu, a word that simply means “skill earned through disciplined effort over time.”
That philosophy is at the heart of this group.
Here, we explore communication through breath, voice, body, presence and storytelling, because great speaking is physical, emotional, and energetic long before it becomes verbal.
Our sessions include:
- vocal work
- breathwork
- grounding and posture
- presence training
- storytelling
- practical exercises
- light improvisation
This is not a traditional public speaking group.
It is deeper, more experiential, and designed to help you:
- unlock your natural voice
- speak with clarity and calm
- feel powerful and grounded
- break limiting habits
- connect authentically
- enjoy speaking instead of fearing it
