ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Rachel Shepard has had an accomplished career in User Experience at Microsoft. She started in 2016 as a UX Designer on the Windows platform and has distinguished herself as an exceptional Designer and rapidly rose in the ranks at Microsoft. Today she is the Director of Design for Microsoft’s AI Platform and manages the user experience design and research team for Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning and Cognitive Services. Her multidisciplinary team is currently working through the design challenges of responsible AI, Large Language Models, and scaling AI services like ChatGPT to enterprises.
