So, Join this group to get the guidance, advice, and support of a Certified coach.

Experiencing the emulating atmosphere will help you to stay motivated and improve your speed, endurance, burn more calories and build muscles.
The running and fitness sessions are fun and varied and you don’t need to “get fit” to attend your first one!

A group for all levels and goals

This running group is for all levels, from beginners to confirmed runners, and goals, whether it’s to start running, improve your physical condition, endurance and running pace and for those who want to race, beat their own best. All the classes are taught in English.

Running classes

The Running classes are divided into parts: warm-up and drills, running workout (intervals) and cool down (easy jog + stretching). The content of the interval training will change for each session, so check the session in the calendar to see the theme.

Strength and Conditioning sessions

The strength and conditioning sessions are designed to help you to improve your fitness level, gain strength and mobility, get in shape and lose some weight if needed. During these sessions, the coach will provide guidance regarding the exercises beneficials for you and teach you the correct form.
As strength training can be done anywhere at any time and do not need a gym, we’re practicing outside, taking advantage of the environment, our own body weight and small equipment.

Coach’s Bio

I’m coach Alexis, I’m a Certified Running Coach and coach in Athletic clubs and schools. I have over 20 years of experience in running, competing in a lot of races (2h35 marathoner, French cross-country championships participations, trails). I'm also CPR/AED certified (Japanese Red Cross training).
My goal as a coach is to help people to get into sports to improve both fitness level and mental health, whatever the level, by integrating the practice of sports into their busy daily life.
