About us

Purposeful Pilates in the Park is a welcoming outdoor Pilates community rooted in movement, mindfulness, and giving back.

This group is for anyone who wants to move their body in a way that feels good and supports a greater purpose. Our classes are beginner-friendly, but good for Pilates practitioners with experience, inclusive, and designed to meet you where you are—no prior Pilates experience required.

We gather outdoors to enjoy fresh air, gentle strength, mobility, and connection. Each session is donation-based and supports women’s health education and community wellness initiatives through Heal Health Hope.

What to Expect:

  • Mat-based Pilates suitable for all levels
  • A calm, supportive, judgment-free environment
  • Outdoor classes in local parks
  • Movement that supports both physical and community health

What to Bring:

  • A yoga or Pilates mat
  • Water
  • An open mind and comfortable clothes

Why Purposeful?

Because access to movement and health education should be for everyone. When you show up to class, you’re not just caring for your body—you’re contributing to a healthier, more informed community.
