PLUR Busan | Sunday Food Outreach

Hi! We are PLUR (Busan) | Peace, Love, Unity, and Respect.

About us:
PLUR is a diverse, non-profit volunteer community that is not affiliated with any religion or political organization.

Our Busan group was inspired by our sister community, PLUR Seoul, which has been serving people experiencing homelessness around Seoul Station every Sunday for 17 years. We are honored to continue that spirit of compassion here in Busan.

What we do:
We meet at Busan station Exit 6 at 6:30 PM every other Sunday.
We prepare and distribute food (bread, tomato, soy milk etc.) to people experiencing homelessness around Busan Station. While providing meals is important, our mission goes beyond food. We hope to share kindness, respect, and meaningful human connection with every person we meet.
*People without experience and children with adult supervision are also welcome!

What to bring:
Optional contribution to help purchase food for our outreach.
Comfortable clothing and walking shoes.

Where and When to find us
📍 Meeting Point: Busan Station (Subway Line 1), Exit 6 (not the KTX station)
🗓️ When: Every other Sunday, 6:30 PM – around 7:30 PM

PLUR was founded in Seoul in 2010 by foreign residents in Korea. We are a diverse, non-profit volunteer community that is not affiliated with any religion or political organization. Our volunteers come from many different countries and backgrounds, united by a shared desire to support others and strengthen our local communities.

PLUR는 2010년을 전후해 당시 한국에 거주하는 외국인들에 의해 조직되었습니다. 그래서 시작부터 우리 그룹은 다양성을 가장 중요시해왔습니다.
우리는 어떠한 종교적, 정치적 지향성을 가지고 있지 않습니다. 그랬기 때문에 이 모든 세월 동안 그룹 내에서 다양성을 유지해올 수 있었습니다.
페이스북에서 PLUR 페이지를 찾으실 수 있습니다.
원래 우리가 시작한 곳이 페이스북 그룹이었기 때문이죠.

PLUR 부산의 자원봉사 안내
격주 일요일, 부산역 주변에 계시는 홈리스분들께 드릴 토마토, 빵, 두유 등의 음식을 함께 포장하고 나누어 주실 자원봉사자를 모집합니다. 봉사활동 경험이 없으신 분도 환영합니다. 열린 마음과 나누고자하는 마음을 가지고 와 주세요.
