Puzzled Pint is a casual, social puzzle solving event that happens in pubs throughout the globe on the second Tuesday of every month. It is FREE to participate and the goal is for everyone to have fun! Bring a team of 2 to 5 puzzlers or come and make new friends.
These aren't jigsaws – they are custom logic and word puzzles, each one unique and original. If you like escape rooms, crosswords, or sudoku, you'll love Puzzled Pint! No puzzle experience or specialized knowledge is needed. Puzzles are beginner-friendly and Game Control volunteers will be on hand during the event hours to help teams along and verify answers.

On the night of the event, we’ll offer free puzzles for you to solve while you enjoy your drinks and food. Most teams take between 30 minutes and 2 hours to solve a typical puzzle set.

Puzzled Pint San Francisco - Monthly Free Puzzles at a Pub
Location not specified yetUnlock the secrets of the stars with Puzzled Pint this Tuesday 10/14 from 6pm-9pm as we solve our way through October's Constellation-themed puzzle set. No telescope required – just your stellar problem-solving skills!
Solve the location puzzle to verify locations at http://www.puzzledpint.com/. We'll be handing out (free!) puzzles and hints at your choice of the two San Francisco locations: one in Mission Bay and one in Castro / Hayes Valley - but note that we're taking a Detour (hint!) to a nearby new location because Willkommen has permanently closed. We're not sure yet if the new location will be permanent so be sure to check the location info every month. And remember that while our venues know that we're coming, we have not otherwise paid for your use of these spaces. Please make a point to purchase some food and/or drink so our group is invited back each month.
Also a heads up about another exciting puzzle event: the inaugural Bay Area Puzzle Hunt League, BayPHL, is happening Nov 8th and repeated on Nov 9th in the Marina district of San Francisco. After selling out, they’ve expanded capacity and there are a few slots left. Get more information and register at https://bayphl.org/1/.

Now running two in-person locations in San Francisco, one of which has moved this month so be sure to check the location info! Local Game Control volunteers will provide everything you need including hints to help beginners along. Bring a team of 2 to 5 people or come and make new friends.
SF Game Control will be sipping beers and handing out puzzles and hints at both locations from 6:00pm to 9:00pm.
