Data Science for Social Good: 2026 Big Reveal Event
Want to see how data science, AI, software engineering, and social science come together to solve real-world community problems right here in Florida?
Join the Florida Data Science for Social Good (FL-DSSG) program, hosted at the University of North Florida (UNF), for its annual Big Reveal! After an intensive 12-week internship, our data science fellows are ready to unveil their findings. This year, they tackled data-rich challenges for four incredible nonprofit organizations: Cathedral Arts Project, Community Foundation for Northcentral Florida, LISC Jacksonville, and Center of Hope.
Whether you are a data scientist, a business leader, a nonprofit executive, or just curious about tech for good, you are welcome.
Event Date: Tuesday, August 4, 2026, from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM
Format: Hybrid (In-person & Virtual options)
In-Person Location: WJCT Studios (100 Festival Park Ave., Jacksonville, FL)
Attendance is free, but you must register officially to secure your spot or receive the live-stream link.
