Talk: Beyond AI Demos: How to Build Production Ready AI Systems for Real Businesses

This session explores the gap between AI prototypes and production-ready AI systems, focusing on the practical realities of deploying operational AI workflows in real-world environments.
The talk will cover building scalable AI workflows beyond simple demos, orchestrating LLMs, APIs, automation tools, and business systems, and designing human-in-the-loop AI workflows for reliability and oversight. Attendees will gain insights from deploying conversational AI and NLP systems in production environments, along with common engineering, deployment, and operational challenges when moving AI systems into real business use.
The session will be practical, interactive, and accessible to attendees across different levels of experience, while still offering technical depth and real-world insights for developers, researchers, and AI practitioners.
