Update for Wednesday, May 9th:
We're starting a little earlier, at 5:30pm. Eventbrite is also hosting a Hadoop meetup, which we are able to crash, or not. It starts at 6:30, so we can get some studying done, then either check out the Hadoop meetup, or continue studying.
