What weâre about
Welcome to Python Glasgow, the Python Group for Glaswegian (and nearby) Pythonistas!
From fintech to processing satellite data to automation to game design, Python is everywhere, and its uses only continue to develop in dynamic and exciting ways.
Python Glasgow meets every 1st Wednesday of the month to share and gain different perspectives and insights, sometimes bringing in speakers from across the city, and hosting events to further connection and deepen understanding.
Whether you're new to Python, or a well-seasoned veteran, or even if you just have a passing interesting, everyone is welcome to attend, connect, and leave with some new perspectives and (probably) a belly full of refreshments!
If you are interested in speaking at any of our monthly events, do feel free to contact any of the organizers/co-organizers of the group to make this happen - we welcome a whole range of topics, and look forward to working with you to make your voice and ideas heard.
We expect all members of Python Glasgow to follow our code of conduct.
At Python Glasgow we post our content (including media and documentation) various social media outlets, including meetup and LinkedIn. If you wish for any content to be removed for the sake of privacy or comfort, do feel free to contact an admin member of our group, and we will be more than happy to discuss this with you.
