Join us at 8:00 AM at Q Fitness and Wellness (3508 The Plaza, Charlotte, NC 28205) for a walk, jog, or run that meets you exactly where you are. We offer routes for all paces and distances, 1 mile, 3 miles, 5 miles, and 10 miles, so you can choose what feels right for you each week.
Please plan to park at the school across the street (1000 Anderson St, Charlotte, NC 28205), then meet us at the gym to check in and warm up.

Bring broken-in running shoes, water, and comfortable clothes to move in. If you use a running or fitness tracking app, we encourage you to join us on Strava so you can follow our routes, track your progress, and connect with other Q Fitness runners.

PLEASE NOTE: Our run club meets every week, and there is no limit on how many people can attend! If the event appears full on our system, or if you don’t see a new listing for a particular week, don’t worry! We’re still running every weekend. When you join us for a run, we’ll add you to our WhatsApp group where we share schedule updates, running tips, and other community events!
