This Saturday at 5 pm, we’re pulling the couches and cushy chairs around a truly gargantuan TV screen for our first-ever Q+ movie night!

It’s a double-feature, so you can feel free to come for either or both 😊

1️⃣ The Thing About Harry (5 pm or a little after)
This one’s cute, entertaining, and the tiniest bit steamy—everything you’d want in a romcom! High school enemies, Harry and Sam, are forced to share a ride to their hometown for a party. Things take a turn when Sam learns Harry has come out.

2️⃣ Arrietty (6:45 or so)
This well-loved Studio Ghibli gem will be a first-time watch for me. Arrietty, a tiny teenager, lives with her parents in the recesses of a suburban home, unbeknown to the homeowner and housekeeper. Her secret friendship with 12-year-old Shawn could spell danger for Arrietty's family.

Popcorn included! Can’t wait to see you there 🤗

📍 There will be plenty of parking at 2380 Salvio St here in Concord. There's an elevator on the west side (towards Todos Santos) of the building, and there are stairs on both sides. Go all the way to the third floor, and you'll see signs directing you to the suite 301 front door, which will likely be propped open already.

♿ Accessibility: Rainbow Community Center is fully wheelchair accessible via the elevator on the west end of the building, with accessible restrooms located inside. Noise will be moderate to loud, depending on what group you're in. There’s no cost to join the group.

This is an 18+ only event.
