Qi Gong/Tai Chi Westchester Meetup Group

Qi Gong is a part of traditional Chinese medicine that views and treats the body, mind and the environment as a whole. Qi Gong practices include slow body movements, meditation, and special breathing techniques. Qi Gong students can experience deep relaxation, concentration and a peaceful, clear mind. In addition, Qi Gong practices help to clear energy blockages and improve blood circulation in the body. In this class, students will learn Qi Gong exercises to increase flexibility, improve balance, reduce stress, increase concentration, and rejuvenate the mind, body, spirit and more!

The cost for attending eight Saturday classes is $65 for Non-Greenburgh residents, and $54 for Greenburgh residents.

Come and experience unique and authentic Yang style Tai Chi taught by Master Yao Wah Chan who was a student of Pang-Na Chang, a third generation Yang style master.

Tai Chi moves energy through all the meridians of the body, massaging the internal organs, resulting in clearing energy blockages and increasing the body's energy. We will do the Yang Style 24 and 88 form in the class, and the class is divided into beginners group and experienced practitioners group. Master Chan will explain details for each Tai Chi movement for both health and martial art purposes. The class will conclude with group practice of the form.
