Let's celebrate Moon Festival early with Wild Goose Qigong. Healthy refreshment will be served after the practice.

This fun exercise will strengthen your physical and mental states, helping especially your mind to focus.

Our instructor has selected simple yet effective exercises. Even if it's your first time practicing Qigong, it will not be hard to follow. The 1-hour session consists of gentle moves, breathing exercises and meditation.

To enjoy outdoors even more, please wear sun screen, a hat, and gloves. In case of rain, the class will be cancelled.

This event is sponsored by San Francisco Marina Branch Library. It is walking distance from Muni 30, 45, 22, 28, 43. Free and permit parking are available at Marina Green Park. From there to the library is a 12-minute walk.
