Try Korean-style Qigong !
Details
We will experience a combination of traditional and modern Korean style Qigong movements, Tai Chi energy balancing, and neuroplasticity exercises. This class includes warm up exercises, abdominal exercises, mindful body tapping, stretches, joint exercises, and standing movements (with modifications as needed). I think you will love it!
The goal is to feel energy in your body, develop greater flexibility and balance, strengthen muscles, and feel in harmony with Nature. As you practice, neuroplasticity and posture improves. You can also experience mindfulness through relaxed concentration.
Please wear shoes suitable for grass and loose fitting clothes. Also, feel free to bring anything else for your comfort (mat, blanket, sheet, sunglasses, water, and/or a folding chair if you need it), and your choice of sun protection.
