"Build Your Own" LLM (AI) Web-based Chat App

This will be our first Quad City Area Software Developers meeting!

We will be kicking things off with a "Build Your Own" Large Language Model (Artificial Intelligence) Web-based Chat application presented by Bill Dykema using Python Flask.

We will also use this meeting to discuss plans moving forward, including looking for ideas for future lunch and learns from attendees.
