Queer Gamers Berlin XXVII - August 2025

Hello gamers! Come join our next monthly meetup on Saturday August 23th, 2025, from 14:00 to 17:00 at Sonntagsclub!

Unfortunately, the weather doesn’t look so great for a picnic, so we will go have something to eat in a nearby restaurant afterwards

And for the actual event, as always, you will find:

• Main stage gaming
• Gaming stations: filled with multiplayer games to play together!
• Chill room and lounge with board-games: a space to play, chat or just relax :)
• Bar: seating space and drinks to cool down and enjoy a break

We're a friendly community united by the love of videogames and our main goal is to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone and for this we need your help! We ask you to take a moment to read our Code of Conduct.

We have a handful of official organizers but every member of the group is involved in the creation of the event by helping with setup, clean-up, bringing consoles or controllers, organizing tournaments, welcoming new people, etc. Feel free to help out how and when you can :)

Our resources are limited and precious. Everything you see, from consoles and controllers to snacks and games, has been generously made available to the group by one of its members. Please be respectful and careful with other people’s possessions and remember to always return controllers to the provided tray :)

What to bring?
Feel free to bring your own Xbox, PS4 and/or Switch controllers or game-pads, to join in on the fun and allow more people to play. If you want to bring other portable consoles or setups you’d like to share with the group, let us know in advance so we can make sure there’s enough space :)

The Chill Room is the perfect space to play boardgames in a relaxed atmosphere, so bring your old favorites or any new ones you’d like to try! Snacks are also very welcome!

About the location:
Our regular events take place in the Sonntags-club e.V. café, in Greifenhagener Straße 28, 10437 Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg. Sonntagas-club is a counseling, information and communication center for lesbians, gays, bisexuals, trans* and inter* and non-binary people.

• The café is run entirely by volunteers.
• The café is *wheelchair accessible* through a mobile ramp and there are no steps inside. The toilets are also accessible.
• The toilets are divided in "Sitting" and "Standing”
• There is no obligation to consume
