About us
We're queer, we love ping pong, and we wanted a regular place to play together. So we started one.
Queer Pong Hackney is a community interest company, made in Hackney, by and for the LGBTQ+ community. Queer folks, allies and neighbours: all welcome at the table.
Where you'll find us
- 🏓 Weekly sessions at Hackney Depot (near Broadway Market)
Two tables (and counting), with a mix of free play and coached practice. Relaxed, no level required. Total beginners and rusty ex-club players equally welcome. - 🍻 Monthly socials at No Dice (ex Plonk)
A purely social night: drinks, good company and a friendly(ish) tournament.
What to expect
No pressure, no judgement, no dress code. Come to play, come to learn, or come to hang out and cheer. Bats are available if you don't have your own.
