What we’re about
A soft, safe space for queer women, FLINTA* & LGBTQ+ folks in Basel to connect, talk, share, and grow through books, stories, and cozy conversations. Chatbots are also welcome 🙃.
Hi! I’m creating a soft, cozy space in Basel for queer women, lesbians, and LGBTQ+ folks, especially FLINTA* people (that means women, lesbians, non-binary, trans, intersex, agender folks and anyone who feels connected to those identities).✨🎈
Cis men, we appreciate your respect, but this space is not for you.❗️
This group is for anyone who’s looking for real connection, a sense of belonging and a place to just be without pressure, without performance. Whether you’re talkative or quiet, creative or still figuring things out, you’re welcome here. 🫶🏻
What we’ll do:
We’ll meet once per month for different activities, like:
• Conversations about queer life, identity, love, friendship and feelings ☕️
• Sharing quotes, books, poems or songs that move us 📚🐛
• Personal stories, little creative moments, journaling, drawing or just listening and holding space💡🎨
This group is about:
• Feeling safe to express yourself 💭📝
• Feeling heard and seen just as you are
• Knowing you are not alone 🧸
• Creating a respectful, warm, quiet, caring and safe bubble of queer community in Basel 🌈 🫧
You don’t need to be well-read, an artist, super social or a deep talker. You don’t need to prepare anything. Just bring yourself as you are.
Let’s build something meaningful, together 🙂. And if it all fails, at least there’ll be tea and good playlists. 🎧🎶
We’re starting a group playlist!
Playlist lives here: https://music.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLhT7QwDfkpRuo8u3R0H0VM9M7b0sjQmCM&feature=shared
We also have a small WhatsApp group if you’d like to stay connected between meetups. No pressure to chat. Just presence, playlists, poems & a little queer magic 🔮.
The link isn’t public, but if you’d like to join, feel free to message me and I’ll share it with you.
Hi, I’m Sofia. I’m a quiet person who believes in slow connection, soft spaces and the power of feeling seen without needing to explain anything. I started this group to create something I was missing: a place where you don’t have to perform to belong. I’ve spent a lot of time trying to exist in extroverted spaces that didn’t feel like they were made for me. That’s why I started this group, to build something different. A place where you don’t need to be loud, clever or impressive to belong. Just being here is enough. You’re warmly invited to join exactly as you are.❣️
🌙✨ Let’s meet in a quiet circle to read, listen and feel together. This evening is for poems, lyrics, queer voices & self-expression. 📝🎶🌈
You’re invited to bring one thing that feels right to you:
💌 A queer poem
📖 A poem you love
✍️ A poem you wrote
🎵 A song lyric or quote that lives in your heart
💫 Or anything that feels poetic to you
If you’re shy, no worries, someone else can read it for you. 🫖 No pressure to speak. Just being here is enough. 🌸
🌟 After the poetry circle, we’ll play a few songs brought by the group, sing or speak the lyrics out loud, like a little living room concert of feelings. 🎤🛋️
Optional cozy things to bring:
🕯️ a candle
🧣 a blanket or scarf
💖 yourself, exactly as you are
There’s a theme, but no expectations. 🌿
You can read, listen, journal, sip tea, share a song or simply be. 🌈 This is a soft space for whatever you need.

Can’t wait to share space with you 🌙💐
No stage. No judgment. Just poems, songs & queer magic.
