About us

If you’ve been stuck for a while — isolated, or with people who don't inspire you anymore, or spending to much time in your head — this is a place to come out, connect, and maybe change course.

Change Studio exists to help people move from thinking about change to doing something about it. It’s a shared space where intentional conversation, reflection, and practical frameworks come together to support real decisions and clear next steps.

I created this group because I’ve met too many people who feel stuck — unable to find a way forward with both big and small decisions in their lives. Our gatherings offer a safe space, invite meaningful conversation, and help you leave with ideas and momentum to move forward.

This group is for you if:

  • What you’re doing right now isn’t moving you forward
  • You feel stuck or circling the same things
  • You want change, but don’t want to figure it out alone
  • You want to connect with others through meaningful conversations

We gather in different ways — journaling sessions, coffee conversations, in-person and online workshops, and occasional outdoor activities. Our meetings are sometimes quiet and reflective, sometimes more conversational, but all are designed to help you leave with more clarity and a sense of direction.
I’ll bring the structure. You’ll bring honest, heartfelt conversation. Together, we’ll work toward what comes next.

A bit about me:
I’ve been bringing people together for over a decade — hosting meetups, workshops, and facilitated groups. I care deeply about creating spaces where people can speak honestly, connect in a real way, and leave with something useful.

If you’re looking for a place to think things through, connect with others, and take your next step, you’re very welcome here.

    ### Heart on Paper: Truth, Lies and Myths

In this month’s journaling workshop, we’ll explore the space between truth and the stories we tell — to others and to ourselves.
We all bend the truth in small ways. Sometimes to protect ourselves, sometimes to make things easier, sometimes simply to belong. And over time, these small adjustments can shape how we see ourselves and the world around us.
This session is not about confession or getting things “right.” Instead, we’ll approach the theme with curiosity and a light touch — using creative and playful writing exercises to explore what sits beneath the surface.

As always, Heart on Paper offers a welcoming space to slow down, write, and reflect in community. No experience is needed. Just bring a journal, a pen, and a willingness to see what emerges.
Whether you journal regularly or are simply curious to try it, you are warmly invited to join us.

    What to expect:

    • Thoughtful and imaginative journaling prompts
    • A warm, welcoming space and supportive writers around you
    • Time to reconnect with yourself through writing, stillness, and presence

Just bring a notebook, a pen, and a bit of curiosity.

    Facilitated by:
Janine Grossmann and Laura Paradise – two certified coaches who believe in the power of words, self-trust, and the heart’s quiet guidance.
