About us
If you’ve been stuck for a while — isolated, or with people who don't inspire you anymore, or spending to much time in your head — this is a place to come out, connect, and maybe change course.
Change Studio exists to help people move from thinking about change to doing something about it. It’s a shared space where intentional conversation, reflection, and practical frameworks come together to support real decisions and clear next steps.
I created this group because I’ve met too many people who feel stuck — unable to find a way forward with both big and small decisions in their lives. Our gatherings offer a safe space, invite meaningful conversation, and help you leave with ideas and momentum to move forward.
This group is for you if:
- What you’re doing right now isn’t moving you forward
- You feel stuck or circling the same things
- You want change, but don’t want to figure it out alone
- You want to connect with others through meaningful conversations
We gather in different ways — journaling sessions, coffee conversations, in-person and online workshops, and occasional outdoor activities. Our meetings are sometimes quiet and reflective, sometimes more conversational, but all are designed to help you leave with more clarity and a sense of direction.
I’ll bring the structure. You’ll bring honest, heartfelt conversation. Together, we’ll work toward what comes next.
A bit about me:
I’ve been bringing people together for over a decade — hosting meetups, workshops, and facilitated groups. I care deeply about creating spaces where people can speak honestly, connect in a real way, and leave with something useful.
If you’re looking for a place to think things through, connect with others, and take your next step, you’re very welcome here.

Heart on Paper: Journaling as a Path to Guidance from within

### Heart on Paper:
### Dishing it Up — food as a doorway into sensory, personal writing.
The taste that takes you somewhere before you've had time to think. The smell that fills a room and suddenly you're eight years old again, or far from home, or back at a table you thought you'd forgotten.Food carries things we didn't know we were still holding — a flavor, a dish that arrives and brings an entire world with it: a person, a season, a version of yourself you haven't visited in a while.
This month at Heart on Paper, we're gathering around the table. We'll use food — its textures, its history, its remarkable power to carry meaning — as a way into writing that's sensory, personal, and surprisingly alive.
Come hungry for words.
No writing experience needed. Just a notebook, a pen, and an appetite for what the page might offer. What to expect:
- Thoughtful and imaginative journaling prompts
- A warm, welcoming space and supportive writers around you
- Time to reconnect with yourself through writing, stillness, and presence
Just bring a notebook, a pen, and a bit of curiosity.
Facilitated by:
Janine Grossmann and Laura Paradise – two certified coaches who believe in the power of words, self-trust, and the heart’s quiet guidance.
