Our theme this month is **Harvesting**.

As the season turns and the year begins to settle, this workshop invites you to pause, look back, and gather what has grown in your life. Through guided prompts and gentle reflection, we’ll explore the moments, insights, and quiet shifts that have shaped us this year.

Together, on the page, we will discover **journaling** as a meaningful tool for self-exploration and emotional clarity.

This workshop is an opportunity to:

* Slow down and **listen** to the quiet voice within
* Unearth insights, memories, and **wisdom** you didn’t know you carried
* Experience the grounding and **healing** power of putting pen to paper
* Connect in a **supportive** space where your voice matters and your story is welcome
* Leave feeling more **connected** to yourself—and your next step forward

**What to expect:**

* Thoughtful and imaginative journaling prompts
* A warm, welcoming space (sharing is always optional)
* Time to reconnect with yourself through writing, stillness, and presence

You don’t need to consider yourself a “writer.” Just bring a notebook, a pen, and a bit of curiosity.
