Introducing the Committed Men's Therapy Group
We are pleased to offer an opportunity to join our affordable Committed Men's Therapy Group, held at City Lit College in Holborn/Covent Garden.

This closed group is designed for gay, bisexual, and queer men who would like to engage in regular, ongoing group therapy in Central London. It offers the chance to build meaningful connections, develop supportive relationships, and work therapeutically alongside a familiar group of members over a six-month period.

THIS IS A FREE STARTER SESSION - you will be able to see, hear and feel whether this is for you and if you want to eventually commit to the group over a period of 12 weeks.
There is nothing binding about this FREE session. No strings attached :)

The group meets fortnightly for 12 sessions over six months, providing continuity, trust, and a deeper therapeutic experience. Members who join are asked to commit to attending the full programme wherever possible.

TESTIMONIAL:
'Hi Dan I wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed the group meeting on Friday night. You have created a safe and open environment and everyone seemed to respond with complete trust and joy in sharing. I haven't been in that sort of group with so broad a range of people, and it was really interesting to share such an important part of their / our lives in regards to our dads' K.

Cost
The first sessions are FREE. Eventually the fee is £40 per session. Once accepted into the group, members are kindly asked to set up a standing order of £80 per month for six months.

What to Expect
Each 90-minute session will provide a supportive, confidential, and non-judgemental space in which members can bring their own personal experiences, challenges, thoughts, and feelings for exploration. Together, we will reflect on these experiences within a familiar and trusting group environment.

The group is client-led and responsive to the needs of those attending. Sessions will follow an organic therapeutic process that encourages members to be present in the moment, while also allowing space for relevant themes, discussions, and occasional workshops when beneficial.

With a limited number of regular participants, members will collectively contribute to creating a respectful, compassionate, and supportive space where everyone can feel heard and valued.

There may also be an opportunity to continue the group beyond the initial six-month commitment, subject to interest from members.
Exact dates, times, and room details at City Lit College will be provided to accepted participants. Please note that our regular open Meetup groups will continue as usual alongside this programme.

About the Facilitator
The group will be facilitated by Dan Skili, a registered Creative Arts Therapist with over 26 years' experience working therapeutically with gay and bisexual men in groups, as well as with couples and individual clients.
