Quietly Queer Poetry Night Out

Join us for a group hang at a local poetry slam in Berkeley. This is a sit-together-and-experience-it kind of meetup. No expectation to perform, share, or socialize beyond what feels comfortable. Come to listen and enjoy the show.

The slam runs from 8–11pm, so I figured folks who are interested can meet me there at 7:30PM and hang out beforehand. You're welcome to stay for the entire show, arrive late, or leave early. We’ll aim to sit together so it feels familiar, especially if you’re new. If you love poetry, people-watching, or just being in a creative space without having to “do” anything, this one’s for you. 📍 Location: The Starry Plough Pub, Berkeley

💡 Vibe: Chill, seated venue with a stage and sold beverages. Expect a range of skill sets on stage, quiet to emotional presentations, and audience cheering. The venue isn't big so we can plan to meet just inside the entrance doors.
