Hello and welcome to QWANDO - Quality Wine Art Nature Dine Over50
This group offers quality events with the opportunity to meet interesting people in a similar age range (50+) who share some common interests.
THE GROUP
Since this group is not a money-making venture, quality of events tends to take precedence over attracting a large number of people. Members tend to frequent areas such as Port Credit, Bloor West, Yorkville, the Annex, Mississauga, Oakville and Burlington (and on occasion, Niagara, Greektown, Harbourfront).
EVENTS
- Dining out at well-regarded, unique restaurants where we can have great conversation while enjoying tasty dishes and nice wine selection.
- Getting out in nature often and exercising whether it be hiking or biking along beautiful scenic trails or being out on the water kayaking or paddleboarding.
- Variety of events such as festivals, wine tastings, live music, dancing, film, escape rooms, art exhibits, live sports... and small group travel when the opportunity presents itself.

NOTES:
- Each year QWANDO is billed over $300 CAD (depending on US exchange rate) for use of the Meetup website, and as such, small Event Fees are collected to help offset this cost
- QWANDO is not a business venture, so many of the events are smaller groups. The organizer(s) have full-time jobs and provide all of the organizing, planning and hosting of these Events in their spare time for free
