R Dev Day @ SIP 2025, Newcastle, UK

In-person event at The Catalyst, Newcastle, UK, with places allocated by external registration only.

An R Dev Day will be held as a satellite event to Shiny in Production 2025. This will be an opportunity for novice and experienced contributors to learn more about contributing to base R and to work collaboratively on potential contributions to code, documentation and translations in base R, or to infrastructure that supports such contribution. One aspect we plan to work on is improving the dashboard used to monitor translation work.
