Conversation Series 146 – Natasha K.

I met Natasha on Substack just like my previous guest. I'm finding so many incredible and insightful people on that app (for now), and Natasha is no exception! She is intelligent and thoughtful with significant experience working on the Biden-Harris political campaign (and then on the Harris-Walz campaign). I was honored to appear on a livestream with Natasha and my friend Walter Rhein to discuss making America ready for a woman president. Check out the recording here if you're interested!

During this upcoming conversation, Natasha has agreed to delve into her evolution of race consciousness with me. While we haven't gotten into the details, it sounds like we'll have a lot of ground to cover and stories to share. We both recognize that there are common patterns of absurdity that we have experienced in our personal and professional lives on the basis of racial hierarchy. We'll be creating a space to explore those memories and compare notes on what it's like to be Black in a country resistant to respecting truth and human life.
