Olympia Discussion: Rebuilding Self-Trust From the Ground Up

Details
Welcome to this week’s women’s circle! Tonight, we’ll focus on connection and self-discovery. We’ll begin with a fun icebreaker to set the tone and get to know one another better. From there, we’ll explore the evening’s topic, 'Rebuilding Self-Trust From the Ground Up: Self-Trust Isn’t a Vibe—It’s a Practice,' through open discussion, sharing our thoughts, and reflecting on personal experiences. This gathering is a space to connect, grow, and be inspired by one another’s journeys. We’ll close with a moment to set intentions, leaving with fresh perspectives and a sense of support. Let’s dive in and make this time meaningful together!
Below is the "Mindful Musing" for the week which includes our Main Topic and some questions for us to explore together!
Self-trust doesn’t show up with a glittery entrance and theme music. It’s not a moment—it’s a muscle. It’s built in the small, quiet choices. The ones no one claps for. Like getting up when you said you would. Saying no when everything in you is screaming to avoid conflict. Not texting back just because you’re lonely. Not abandoning yourself just to be liked.
So many of us have been taught to defer—ask someone else, get a second opinion, play it safe. We look outward for the answer, the validation, the green light. But what if your body already knows? What if your intuition has always known—but you stopped listening after a few too many times you didn’t feel safe?
This session is about the sacred, often messy, work of re-learning how to trust yourself. Not just in big decisions, but in the daily act of believing: I can handle this. I know what I feel. I trust what I want.
You’re not flaky. You’re not indecisive. You’re just out of practice. Let’s start rebuilding—one promise at a time.
