⏰ Arrival Policy
To protect the calm and grounding energy of the practice, we begin class exactly 5 minutes after the scheduled start time.
After the first 5 minutes, the virtual room will be locked, and no additional participants will be admitted.
This ensures:
- A distraction-free environment
- A safe and mindful warm-up
- Respect for everyone’s experience
Please aim to log in a few minutes early or on time to settle in.
