Held during the New Moon, this gathering gently supports grounding and renewal, offering a natural energetic reset — but no astrology knowledge is required.

The sound bath is about 1 hour and 15 minutes. The studio opens at 6:50 pm, and we begin at 7:00 pm.

5. Can I come alone?
Absolutely! Many people attend solo. This is a safe, welcoming space to connect with yourself and others.

Your guide is Kayla, a Level Two Sound Healer, Moon Phase Life Coach, and certified 200-hour Yoga Teacher. She has been offering sound baths for two years and specializes in creating spaces for reflection, healing, and growth.

Wear comfortable clothing you can relax in. Think yoga pants, sweats, or anything cozy.
