What we’re about
Denver’s Radically Open Embodied Relating Meetup brings together aspects of Radical Honesty, Radically Open DBT, Somatic Experiencing, Authentic Relating and more to practice open-hearted discussion and exercises that help us connect deeply in new ways, grounded in our bodies & senses, not just our minds.
Many of us do not realize the level of dissociation we’ve developed through years of avoiding the thoughts and sensations that remind us of past pain or trauma. Similarly, most of us do not grasp the power of being able to turn off those dissociative habits and rejoin the here-and now, fully embodied and connected to ourselves, our environment, and others.
This meetup is focused on identifying the many ways we’ve learned to avoid fully experiencing the here and now, and to build new habits aimed at building an authentic, intimate connection to others and a full-bodied acceptance of every part of ourselves, which leads to more full connection with and acceptance of others.

The Radical Honesty Weekend Workshop provides a supportive environment in which to begin practicing Radical Honesty and to learn and feel the benefits of the practice.
WHAT WE DO
During a Weekend Workshop in Radical Honesty, we practice noticing (in a whole new way) what’s happening in ourselves—in our bodies and minds—and what’s going on outside of us, in our surroundings, and then telling the truth about these things, out loud, in the company of others.
Through this direct sharing, we have an opportunity to experiment with what it feels like to open up, to be vulnerably honest in a way that’s likely quite different from anything we’ve learned in the past, and to practice being with what comes up for us and others when we express ourselves more authentically, and share ourselves more fully.
The Weekend Workshop includes a variety of activities to support you in
telling the truth, hearing the truth, and feeling through and processing whatever comes up for you during the experience. We’ll do group and paired exercises, guided group discussions, and hotseat/processing work. This is a highly interactive and experiential workshop.
You’ll learn the most about Radical Honesty by practicing being radically honest, in real time, with others, and feeling all the feelings that come up for you while doing so.
***During Radical Honesty workshops, real and sometimes big emotions come up for participants and that can be an important and meaningful part of the experience. We spend time being with and processing anger (often with raised voices), sadness (often with tears and snot) and also lots of joy and appreciation, and anything else that arises.***

Lindsay St. Antoine
I partner with folks who are ready and aspiring to get free and intimate through self revealing, who are eager to emerge as their bold, authentic selves and create a life of exhilarating self expression and deep realness.
I’m an honesty coach and Radical Honesty Trainer in Denver, Colorado. In addition to providing honesty coaching, I also lead in-person and online Radical Honesty workshops.
I worked closely with Radical Honesty founder, Brad Blanton, beginning in 2014, filling many roles within Radical Honesty Enterprises, ending with my role as COO in 2021. I was certified as a Radical Honesty Trainer in 2017.
I have a great capacity for being with and fully witnessing people in their shame, embarrassment, anger or darker emotions, and ushering in whatever naturally arises for them in those spaces. For empowering people to stick with themselves (and each other) in these vulnerable and often uncomfortable spaces, and fully experience their whole experience. In doing so, shifts can occur, full body forgiveness naturally arises, and they may come to know themselves and be able to share themselves fully with others.
Tony Shawcross
"Radical Honesty has given me greater access to understanding my body, my subconscious mind, and my internal biases and filters than I ever had before.
As long as I can remember, I've had a passion for unbridled, authentic conversations and collaborative creative expression, and am grateful for how Radical Honesty has contributed to my work in film, music and writing." -Tony
Tony has been working closely with Brad Blanton and Radical Honesty since 2014. As a video producer, editor and writer, Tony has helped produce the Radical Honesty online workshops and videos, editing and compiling hundreds of hours of footage in ways that give him a unique level of familiarity with the work of Radical Honesty.
In addition to being a Certified Radical Honesty Trainer who co-leads Radical Honesty workshops and runs a monthly meetup group, Tony has been trained in several modalities including Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, and Psychedelic Facilitation with certifications in Trauma-Focused Psychedelic Psychotherapy from Innate Path Dynamic Attachment RePatterning from Trauma Solutions and Psychedelic Pharmacology from Ben Malcolm.
