Denver’s Radically Open Connection meetup (Formerly Radically Open Embodied Relating) brings together exercises aimed at helping people better connect with themselves and others. Borrowing from practices from Radical Honesty, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing and more, these gatherings offer a unique opportunity to expand your capacity to deeply connect.
