What we’re about

How do you and I become more alive again in our bodies? By allowing ourselves to feel body sensations, think thoughts and have sense impressions we’ve deemed unsafe and impossible to be with over the years.

Through authentic and honest relating games we will bring back attention to our hidden places. A short list of body sensations I’ve previously dissociated from and am much more capable to stay with these days are around feelings of sadness, shame, joy, anger, attraction, love, fear, disgust and loneliness. Reclaiming these sensations has helped me a great deal, feel less afraid of them and strategize less on how to avoid feeling them. I’d like to explore more spaces inside of you and me that are unfamiliar and yet full of aliveness, reclaim them and enjoy life with more freedom and joy.
